Spa software features
Rooms and devices in one booking
Each appointment reserves the treatment room and the device it needs, so you can’t double-book the laser.
Treatments without staff
Services such as compression therapy can run without tying up an esthetician.
Skin profile
Skin type (Fitzpatrick), allergies, medications and contraindications on every client card.
Laser session log
Area, device, fluence, spot size, pulse and any reaction, saved session by session.
Facial treatment log
Products used and notes for every facial.
Consent forms on a tablet
Clients sign with a finger and the form is saved as a PDF on their card.
Session packages
Sell packages with an expiration date. Each session is used up when you mark it done.
Online booking and reminders
A booking page with your logo and an email reminder the day before.
Checkout and cash count
Treatments and products on one receipt, split payments and a daily cash count.
A spa runs on rooms, devices and sessions
In a salon, the bottleneck is the stylist. In a spa it’s often the room or the machine: two estheticians free at 10:00 and only one laser. If the calendar doesn’t know that, the conflict shows up when the second client is already in the waiting room.
Spa software books the person, the room and the device together, and keeps every client’s skin profile and session history next to their appointments.
Scheduling by room and by device: the conflict shows up before you book
Example: Claire has laser hair removal at 10:00 in Room 2 with the diode laser. When the front desk tries to book Sophie’s underarm session at 10:30, the laser is already taken, so the calendar offers 12:00 instead. Meanwhile Hannah’s facial in Room 1 goes ahead, because it doesn’t need the device.
Every laser session, on record
After each session the esthetician logs the area, device, fluence, spot size, pulse and any reaction. Next time, whoever is on shift starts from the right settings, and if a client reacts, you know exactly what was used.
Log the settings before the client leaves the room. They’re the first thing you’ll want to check if anything goes wrong.

Frequently asked questions
Can I stop two clients from booking the same laser?
Yes. Each treatment says which room and device it needs, and the calendar won’t let two appointments use the same one at the same time.
Can clients sign consent forms on a tablet?
Yes. They sign with a finger and the form is saved as a PDF on their card.
Can I store before-and-after photos?
Not today.
How do session packages work?
You sell a package with a number of sessions and an expiration date. Each session marked as done is taken off.
How much does the spa software cost?
US$16.95 a month, one plan with every feature included, month to month: cancel anytime.
Want to see it with your own numbers?
